Doesn't look good. I think we have a potential conflict of interest but that will depend on either NMKT's charter or the laws of the state under which NMKT was incorporated.

My opinion is that this doesn't look good at all.

Thank you for the information nonetheless. I will be selling on Monday, rather than hoping that it goes up and then selling.
