I am afraid i would never be in you shoes because i never will take a large position in a pinkie. They are pinkies for a reason and its not a good one 99% of the time.

-look at the business history
-look at the CEO's history
-look at the financial reports
-look at the claims the company has made and has completed
(here is an example i compiled http://www.suljabrossucks.com/sos.html )
-look at the probability of the companies claims

In the long term the above questions are critical. In the short term it is pretty irrelevant to the price, for an example SLJB was a 3 bagger or more off the lows. Yet it is being investigated by the OSC,RCMP and SEC, they have a cease trade order in the province of Ontario, a class action suit filed against them and even more legal action against them is quite possible. People still buy it and believe in it! Go figure!

The koolaid is being poured pretty strong on the RSDS board Some very classic lines being used and much BS thats for sure.
I even just got an insulting message for talking about RSDS, although the fellow seemed to dislike StockDevil much more than me.

"There's no need to become a bashing prick to rsds all the while recommending squm."

Funny thing is i have never said a thing about squm and am not even 100% sure what they do LOL

Anyways, above is the information i would use to make decisions.

"Seems to me there would be an easier way to make money that what he is going thru, rob a bank for instance."

It's far more complicated to run a penny scam but as long as you do not make too much noise You can run the same scam over and over and over with no consequences whatsoever.
It happens all the time and makes millions of dollars for crooks.
There are so many scams that only the worst get the attention of the authorities unfortunately.
I would be shocked if RSDS has the same ticker and goals in a years time, they will move on to the latest craze, gold, oil, ethanol....Who knows?

In the end, remember who and what led you down the path.
