Oh, didn't you hear about him? A pretty sad story actually.

He left after Collier did. Liquidated his shares at .19 (following a rumor generated that the company was going bankrupt) and apparently invested in a new company that claimed it would bury e.Digital.

A shareholder saw him in the e.Digital parking lot recently mumbling something about off-shore financiers, conspiracy theories and death-spiral financing. When they told him about the present pps he had to be carried away in a straight-jacket screaming "I can't".

Good news is he is out of the hospital and can be found outside the Gateway store in San Diego with a sign that reads "Will work for a Gateway player, digeplayer, wireless headset or Fujitsu player."
