Frankly, I know no more about the company than what I've gleaned from the recent quarterly statement, and I admit I'm no expert at analyzing those things, but the buyout offer has been verified by Betbrokers ... if there's doubt, just google them, and at this point, I believe that's more relevant than any prior company behavior.
