Clovelly Prospect, Louisiana, (oil & gas) - original 5% working interest, optioned to 11% interest

Buck Snag Prospect, Texas, (oil & gas) – 42.5% working interest in the Buck Snag Field

Manville Prospects, Texas, (oil & gas) - 55% working interest in Manvell 2000 ft. Miocene Exploration and 55% working interest in the Manvel 4500 ft. Oakville Development

Hazard Lake Property, Ontario, (gold) – 98% aggregate interest.
