I could be wrong, but with all of the frivolous lawsuits today I find that very hard to believe.

You shouldn't. I've been a defendant in two "basher" suits. Both cases were dismissed quickly, both companies were successfully sued by the SEC, and key figures from both were indicted on criminal charges. One is currently in prison; the other is awaiting trial.

Yet people throw those cases in my face all the time. Not an especially big deal, but they don't bother to find out what really happened.
