Either it is a peculiar form of Russian logic, or perhaps the guy is simply an optimist. I tend to believe he is not stupid but is simply displaying his very short-term deal-swinger/buyout purchaser mentality. Sort of like you choose: if you want to buy us $0.15 now, $0.30 in sept, or $1.00 by year's end.

On the other hand, the stock is up a little bit today; but probably signifying nothing with low volume before a weekend.

It is what it is, not worthless, but not something you would want to bet the house on for sure.

Let's see if they land any of these deals they keep talking about.
