the Philadelphia parking authority should be contacted. they have been using a Verisign product for the Philadelphia cab companies (I believe) that has been extremely problematic. It is intended to be used for GPS, credit card payment, accepting cab requests by location, etc. and has only been a headache from what I have been told. the offer of a better product should be posed by someone at hiss, or, perhaps someone here who is more knowledgeable than I am about the CT and opportunities...
