The biggest loser, yes, but not on a personally level-- he will not confess. The confession would be a disaster for cancer survivors when someone realises that his cancer was probably due to his own PED abuses.

The big loser is the team, Bruyneel need sponsorship, and I doubt that they'll get anything as good as they had.

I think they'll continue racing, but on a much smaller scale.
