TXP Corporation (fka TXPO)

These companies are OEMs. They are contracting with TXP Corp. to make equipment that will carry the OEMs brand name. A company like, say, Motorola, puts a lot of advertising into building up the reputation of their brand name. Generally, they don't want their customers knowing that they are buying a product made by TXP Corp. We will have more an more of these contracts over time. The consequences of these contracts will show up in the quarterly reports. I think we will never see the kind of information we would like to have issued in a PR announcing the contract. Each of these new deals are NOT material events - Shores is only PRing them because he knows us shareholders need to see that growth of the business is occurring (even though he's prohibited from provided ANY details by the OEMs). We better get used to waiting out each quarterly report for hard numbers.
