I can almost guarantee that within 12 months there will be another 1000/1 reverse split.

The CEO already knows that even a second grader can write prs and entice people to buy...


Hmmm.... our stock is low so we want it to go higher...

maybe it's funny but look at the prior prs' .... The CEO stated something like,,,,This ought to add 1 dollar to our share price. and that while it was trading around .005.

Why aren't these people being arrested for fraud?
