The zero lop idea is like a Reverse Split and that would mean if you lived in Iraq and they did a zero lop your money does not increase in value and has no positive effect on the citizens. Ask yourself this question - Why are there banks from all over the world over there at the auctions buying dinars? so they can have dinars on hand for when people come in to purchase incase they are traveling to Iraq? NOT
