I also received a reply from the company and have been assured that they are not responsible for any wrong doings here.

We should be hearing a statement from them since they have been inundated with emails tonight....and hopefully early in the morning.

I plan on holding my position and thank GOD I have cash in my account because if people want to panic then I am certainly going to take advantage of the OPPORTUNITY.

Furthermore...and listen up folks. The company has a new transfer agent in place. The name/cusip has been approved and should appear either tomorrow or Tuesday at the latest and that could not have happened if this was not right or in good standing. I was also told the share structure is intact so the real surprise that is coming is that everything the company has stated is coming...we need to just keep our cool and let it play out.
