Check out paragraph six. Good luck to all.

November 21, 2003

BELLINGHAM, WA, - North Star Diamonds, Inc. (NQB Pink Sheets: NSDM - News) North Star is pleased to provide a Progress Report on the Company's Superior Craton Project.

In a News Release dated September 22, 2003 the Company reported acquisition of a 100% interest in strategically located mining claims within the Superior Craton in Canada. The Company's claim block (16,400 acres) is located in southeastern Manitoba where during the 1990's, positive diamond indicator minerals were discovered in the area by the Geological Survey of Canada. North Star staked a cluster of magnetic anomalies in proximity to these diamond indicators.

In a News Release dated October 22, 2003 North Star Diamonds announced the completion of initial ground magnetic geophysical survey. Initial results indicate classic kimberlite magnetic signatures.

In a News Release dated October 27, 2003 the Company reported on results of a study where significant numbers of kimberlitic indicator minerals had been identified that mark important signatures to the presence of kimberlite pipes. In 1991 and 1992 the Geological Survey of Canada, in co-operation with Manitoba Energy and Mines, undertook a till sampling, overburden sampling and drilling project over the drift covered Wabigoon belt rocks of southeastern Manitoba, south of 50 degrees North which included the North Star claims. A total of 55 kimberlitic indicators minerals were recovered.

In a New Release dated October 29, 2003 the Company announced formation of a strategic relationship with Mr. Shaun Spelliscy to consult on the Superior Craton Project. Mr. Spelliscy has over twelve years experience in the exploration and development of kimberlite pipes, discovered diamonds in Brazil and in 1995 was instrumental in the acquisition and subsequent discovery of the "Star" Pipe. The "Star" kimberlite is one of Canada's largest (500 million tons) and is the most advanced exploration play in Saskatchewan. The Province of Saskatchewan borders Manitoba directly to the west.

North Star's Superior Craton Project has many similarities to the Star Pipe. These are: 1) the presence of classic kimberlite magnetic signatures, 2) abundant fresh, high quality diamond indicators that originated within the project area with a high probability of discovering diamond source rock, 3) the majority of the most prospective land in the project area has been claimed by North Star and 4) the project area has multi-element potential including gold and platinum.

In a News Release November 4th, 2003, the company announced completion of the compilation and interpretation of recently completed ground magnetic survey. The first four initial drill targets have been designated as Shire, Merry, Bree, and Gimli. Approval has now been received by the Company for the commencement of drilling on three of the targets and a submission has been made for the fourth target, expected to be approved shortly. These four initial targets represent Phase 1 of a total of 12 high priority magnetic anomalies associated to a major north-south structure located at the western margin of the Superior Craton which will be drilled over the next year.

In a News Release dated November 18, 2003 the Company reported on a successful and high profile presence at the Manitoba Mining and Minerals. North Star met with the Honourable Scott Smith, Minister, of the Manitoba Industry, Economic Development and Mines. Mr. Smith expressed a keen interest in the Superior Craton Project as did various members of the Manitoba Geological Survey. Company representatives also met with various major diamond companies who expressed interest in what we are doing and stated that they are watching both the Superior Craton Project and the Company's activities in the Ukraine closely.

North Star anticipates starting drilling by early December, 2003 subject to favorable weather conditions.

North Star Diamonds, Inc. is committed to a long-range plan for diamond exploration and feels that with the Superior Craton Project and the assets in Ukraine, North Star is focused on establishing the Company as a true world explorer in search for diamonds.
