I spoke to Theresa today and she indicated that the PDR Exchange will be trading next week, but they will make sure the platform is 100% functional before going live. As mentioned many times before, she is encouraging all shareholders to order their certs from their brokers, even if they will not deposit them in the Fundacion. She sounded very optimistic.
