Weather is the same here. Pete may have more information on the CEPSA connection, although I think his take had to do with the location of the Petrobas plant in Canada and symbiosis of businesses. I'm not a scientist so one of the other more left-brained folks here may be able to address the tech side of things. I'll be interested in what you get back on your inquiries.
