With 150k on hand, I’m a little worry about the situation and decided to call Martin and Jeremy myself.

As other people stated, Martin was not patient and asked me to contact Jeremy. I got luck to talk to Jeremy but the result is very DISAPPOINTED. He said there is some difficulty involving the buyout. I asked what kind of difficulty and he won’t say any other words. On the other hand, he did mention that there would be PR either tomorrow or next Tuesday.

I just dumped 120k of my shares and would keep only a little portion to see what will happen. I lost no money though. For those that still hope for the good, I would suggest you to call to verify yourself. Don’t just watch. Act yourself!
