well i think you need to look at the folks who run the market..the mm's, if anyone fully understands the 504 ramifications it would be them. If they can access shares at these prices and hold them until the 504 is officially done then they are the winners. Nobody holds companies pps down beter than mm's and none else has the ability to let them run better either.
In the case of rsds here, you only need to examine the history over the last 4 months or so, to see the pattern.
CMF reaches signal line and the supply drys up. While folks blamed berman for dumping into the runs, noone was looking at the mm's to see what they were doing. Now with the 504 closing soon, we finally see the cmf above the signal line and some of the highest volumes ever. It's about liquidity, the mm's need to feel there is enough of it, and they will do whatever necessary to make it seem that way.
While most were staring at the 504 activity, and pointing fingers there, smart money was loading the boat and waiting for this to play out. When the mm's are confident the sentiment and disproportionate amount of the outstanding is in circulation, they will let it go, until such time as they feel the need to reel it back in.
Until such time as the strong long hands can accumulate the lions share of the outstanding that cycle will always repeat.
Happens to every company in the markets, we are no different.
The positive side to this is now that the eyes are all over rsds, and the 504 is almost done, the mm's will likely send the message very soon that they are going to let it go, and we should see a combination of that, the momo, and the 504 finishing all at once, or at least in the same time period.
This will no doubt bring even more eyes onto us if volume has staying power. Add to that some positive news and recognition should move to a higher level.
Me? I am positive and optimistic, that before the ni43101 is completed, the pps will have ascended to a more amicable position.
Of course as well there are many hurdles to overcome prior to that, but like any good leprechaun who will hurdle any mountain to get to the pot of gold, i think berman will stay the course, Of course as always anything can happen however, in pinkyland.
