New PACER filings - Hoggard withdrew from case back on 5/14/07, but his law firm is still representing e.Digital. Someone named Samuel Straight seems to have replaced him. James Jardine is still on the case.

Also two more motions for extension, one stipulated between the parties and the second by e.Digital.

Why isn't LL/LE keeping people informed of these things on agoracom? Clearly he has the time since he's able to post all day every day.
