In a way, it's no wonder the filing has not been made yet. Given all the time it takes to create these subsidiaries, my guess is Don and company saw it more befitting to get these ducks lined up first, so's there won't be any delays getting to market, when the time comes.

It seems kinda apparent that DR would not create these subsidiaries if he wasn't certain of approval, and whille waiting for that approval, after the filing, he can now move further ahead with who will manufacture/market what.

Damn, I love the way Don does things! Haven't spoke with him for several months, and I just don't feel a need to. Totally confident here!
