Here 's my story about trying to get them shares unrestricted:

My question to TYCHE :
Dear Sirs,
What needs to be done to get my TYEG shares unrestricted. Please send me the proper forms. TIA.

Answer from TYCHE :
Dear Bart,
Please contact your stockbroker and they should know how to have the restriction lifted on your shares. The restriction is Regulation S 144. Your stockbroker will need to send your share certificate or your share information if the account is electronic to Tyche's transfer agent, Holladay Stock Transfer.
Thank You,
I.R. Dept.

Thus I sent following ...

... QUESTION to my BROKER here in Europe :
(blahblah) ... Could you take the necesarry actions? TIA.

Answer from my BROKER :
Only American Brokers can lift the restrictions. you will have to wait till the company itself lifts the restrictions.

Duh !

Tame the monkey mind.
