"If" is a huge stretch in a penny stock PR and news release. Rarely if ever do they come true. I am a shareholder and will wait but I see this stuff in OTCBB's all the time. And holding many over a long period of time that have a lot of shares, usually ends up in a reverse split. My penny portfolio has seen plenty of them.
