This is what i can share with you. As a non-US resident, Tyche informed that i can lift the restriction and sell in Germany. The shares cannot be sold in the US until (?) date. Sorry, don't know the date cuz i never really asked.

A form needs to be completed (Declaration of Ownership) which you can get from Tyche IR. Needs to be filled out and sent to Tyche. They will need to go through the administration portion and lift the restriction. This would include notifying the Transfer Agent (Holiday). Your broker will need to deposit the restricted shares to the Transfer Agent. That is all I got to this point.

It seems as though i was told last friday by Tyche IR that the President of Tyche was lifting the restriction and he would instruct the Transfer Agent. Not sure what is going on cuz up to including yesterday the Transfer Agent does not have me on their list. Called Tyche IR and it seems that they are not giving me straight answers anymore. I sent them an email, they respond mid day, and ask for additional information. I respond again, and a day later i get asked another quesion. All I asked for was the certificate number under my name...Not sure if they cant find then anymore, or are they just delaying the process to lift my restriction after they pump this baby one last time in Germany...At this point, im being realistic. Seems to me once they get their funds in place they will lift the restriction. Anyone have the same experience or am I just looking into this way too much...Got 98786 shares, worth 75K Canadian, but by the time i sell, I dont even want to guess.
