its called dilution...the MM's have tons of available shares to distribute...that is why they lower the ask after your buy...
IF you can not resist buying into ADNN , than you should do it on the bid..they will eventually fill you in ..probably at the end of the day...just to get rid of their huge inventory !!
But I would suggest to you to wait until this gets to subpenny again, soon, to try to "average down"
