Please do not forget that even when Michelle Shearer takes over Three Sixty Inc. (as stated in the press release) it does not mean Three Sixty Inc. has completed a purchase of Rockford-Montgomery Labs (the acquisition may have stipulations which both parties must perform to complete the purchase).

Keep in mind that even though she will be replacing Edward Hayter as CEO, it does not mean he is out of the picture. If Rockford-Montgomery Labs does not perform to agreed terms the company (Three Sixty Inc.)may go back to Edward Hayter's control or if Three Sixty Inc. does not perform to agreed terms Rockford-Montgomery Labs may pull out of the purchase. If the latter was to happen it would be a bad thing to the stock owners of Three Sixty Inc., because it is a major anchor for Three Sixty, Inc. investors at this point in time in my opinion.

Remember, Three Sixty Inc. is going to purchase Rockford-Montgomery Labs according to the press release.
