Pete suggested PETRESA was a key. I think it was because they have a plant that produces hydrogen which is in the industrial area of Quebec which is the suggested sight for the Canadian plant. If you go to the CEPSA site and look up recent announcements there is one on the 19th of February related to expanding some of their operations. They are the largest oil refiner in Spain. It would seem possible to me that SIAM would be working on some business with CEPSA and they want Alcar technology as a part of whatever it is they bring to the arrangement. Unfortunately, this is all highly speculative on my part. Unlike others here, the silence does not bother me; just the opposite. seems to me if everything had gone awry there would be leakage all over the place. JMO
