I also have owned NXXI many times. It was the simularity and potential market that drew my attention to efsf. NXXI proved to be extremely reactive to news releases. Some of those press releases created more bag holders than samsonite. NXXI never held on to its gain because they can never show a profit. Great trading stock though if you can buy in during the quiet times.
I don't own any NXXI right now and I'm not pumping. I do own EFSF, and I'm hopeful for the same type of play
