Shamus..since they used Ann to start the case does that matter?? The other guys joined in later..but she was the first to file so there wouldnt have been a case without her...and if they filed without her consent then it really looks bad for the plantiffs!!! So in the beginning the only one that wanted to bring a suit was a law firm..file the suit and then we can get shareholders to join...not good... bigbizz
