Yes. Even doubled today as we got near that 4.00 level I mentioned earlier at the 4.01-4.06 area. Average now at around 4.20 but still not a full or large position.

Looks to me there are a lot of bag holders on this one that are eager to sell on every small pop. So until some good news comes along and institutions decide to come back in, NENG I think will be blowing in the wind and continue to drip lower. I've seen this action before. This company needs some actual good news to help it get over this sliding lower funk IMHO. So we may contnue to drip till earnings or till management decides to get off their butts and show some support for the stock. JMHO.
