I am also holding both IDCC & RMBS but far overweight in IDCC.
RMBS is very volatile due to waiting for ID from ALJ. If ID is flavor RMBS I would commit more into RMBS. I have only small portion in RMBS (1800 shares)while IDCC patents infringement seem to be clear out except waiting for royalty rate agreement from Nokia per arbitration. Samsung will take same rate as Nokia. Seem to me, the one who license with IDCC is doing real well such as NEC. RIMM is exploding today.
