Spoke with Mr. Smyth earlier today and he said that he made every effort to turn the company around. He said the changes to the laws in the USA were the number one reason for the company's demise, and that because of these changes, they lost keno.com as well as a deal with a group involved with NASCAR.

He also said that Cornell had promised to keep the company current, and that they had committed to paying the bills. He said they went back on their word and lied to him.

As for GGTS, he said that the major shareholders are looking to clean up the shell and vend something into it.
