I will but I have to have a warning of some kind and this is why: I have completely altered tactics in the last few months and while I was planning on standing aside after nas 2100 and dow 10500, the picks here pulled back just before those highs were reached. I am MORE sure than before that fiber in particular is going to boom, so I am in buy and hold and add on the dips mode exclusively...and this board posting is a short term traders world. There is NO way I am selling anything, as long as the story doesn't change, as is the concern with neng, but appears to be misplaced concern.

I would have guessed, for example, there would have to be widespread acceptance that vz is the telecom stalwart and the bells have stabilized. I would also have guessed that the "new" clecs would have to be grinding up every day. This is setting up the equip providers beautifully. Its just a matter of time before they go berserk. They had one leg up, about a double, and I'd expect this to have two more legs, the next one being a sustained grind for a few years, not just a dead cat bounce off of bankruptcy valuations
