I agree with your argument, except for the fact that you did not consider dilution in this stock, which is happening every year. In 2003, it rose to 0.13 level, and then did not rise significantly at all till 2006. Due to dilution, it again rose to 0.04 or so. Now, unless he reduces the float from the current 21.4 Billion, I do not see the penny levels.
