As of March 31, 2007, the company has 97,849,002 shares issued and outstanding. Shares held by Directors and Insiders of the company are approximately 77,000,000. This leaves our available float to be roughly 20,000,000 shares. Several close investors, who are not insiders, but long-term shareholders, hold roughly 10,000,000 shares.
