I'm still scratching my head about how they diluted the o/s by 21% without a single explanation as to how we, ss stockholders,will benefit from this big dilution of our stake in the future of the company.

To go from 97 million to 121 million in one unannounced leap, without a word of explanation, is bizarre; yet no one seems to care.

To your knowledge, have the shareholders benefitted in any way by this 21% hit to our stake here? they didn't even explain the use of proceeds from the huge offering.
