MicroHoldings US, Inc. Announces Reverse Split of Company Stock, New Ticker Symbol: MHUI

MicroHoldings US, Inc. (Pink Sheets:MHUI) announced today a
reverse split of its common stock. The reverse was 10,000 to 1. The
Company also has a new ticker symbol: MHUI. MicroHoldings US has one
subsidiary, XChangeTel, Inc., a provider of international carrier
services and has a letter of intent to acquire the German-based
telecom company, GDS.

the company's stock especially in light of the current transactions we
