What is with this MM?

He goes from .29b .30a to .21b .30a

Maybe he's trying to hold down the price? Many will not buy a stock when there is such a large difference in the buy-sell price. The MM's activities on this stock sure seem highly unethical.

Now he just raised the bid to .22 Big Woop
