We thank you for your email.
Regarding the Willy Wizard company to which you refer, until we received your email this evening, we had never heard of this firm. We can, with absolute certainty, assure you that Conforce did not engage the services of this company. It is apparent that they were contracted by a third party investor relations firm whose job is to create awareness for the Company in connection with its recent positive developments.
Notwithstanding this, we take all comments from Shareholders very seriously and therefore, we will attempt to ascertain to what extent the Willy Wizard company was involved with our firm. We are confident that they will have been, at most, a minor addition to an otherwise reputable investor awareness campaign.
Upon the completion of our review of the business conduct of the Willy Wizard company, if it is determined that their firm is involved in questionable business practices, then we will insist that they refrain from participating, directly or indirectly, on behalf of Conforce as it relates to the creation of Investor awareness.
Regarding your concerns with the Willy Wizard company's connection to today's unfortunate trading outcome, we are equally confident that their involvement was not a contributing factor to the decline in share value. We are currently reviewing the unusual trading activity that occurred in the last 90 minutes of today's session. It is our goal to determine if the illegal practice of short selling was a factor and if necessary, we will involve any and all regulatory agencies that may offer us assistance.
Until then, we hope that as a Company, Conforce will continue to be evaluated on the basis of our business fundamentals and our strong growth potential. Although today's outcome was regrettable, we will continue to forge ahead with our strategic business plan which we believe will ultimately translate into long-term, sustainable Shareholder value.
