comments: Mr. Flannery, could you please explain to me the purpose behind the repeated issuing of shares in your multiple publicly traded pink sheet companies followed by reverse splits over and over. You have displayed an obvious pattern along with mis-leading PR's in an obvious and successful attempt to fleece innocent investor's out of their money. As per your most recent actions my 10 million shares of MHUS stock is now 1000 shares at what I am sure to also soon to be valued at .0001 if history holds true. FYI, it is my intent along with a large group of investors to document these patterns and submit to the SEC to insure that you are exposed as the crook that you most likely are. I would absolutely love for you to prove me wrong, but somehow doubt it is possible.
