okay, the kid is in bed, the cat puke is cleaned up and the wife has passed out. let me try to crystallize my philosophy again:

please treat people like you wish to be treated
if you have an opinion, please support it with facts
please be open to the experience and advice of others
please do not make personal attacks
please do not assume that if someone does not agree with you that they are "evil" or "stupid"

those are pretty basic rules of getting along in society. those who cannot abide by them will be banned and reported to Homeland Security (just kidding on that part).
