I spoke with Ms. Herbst and Mr. Palmieri earlier today concerning the TINV shell.

It seems there is a 400 k debt dispute going on with the shell at present, they are attempting to get it settled.

Ms. Herbst promised to email me when they get it cleared up, as that would make TINV a clean shell.

They wish to r/m a Chinese based firm into it, at some point, according to Ms. Herbst.
