Thank you for your insight into your experiences. I'm sure after the rollout we'll get to see the opinions of thousands upon thousands upon thousands upon thousands of customers, and see what comes next. The greatest part about it is that Kwikset, through Black and Decker, will take customer feedback, and will be paying part of the expenses to enhance the product and make it even better for the thousands more who will add themselves to the list of ownership of a product backed by a proud company like Kwikset. After all, Microsoft's Windows had its share of bugs early. Imagine how the people who sold off that stock felt!
June 1...just a little while away.
