Can't understand the drop in pricing when today should be the

last day to get cheap shares....

3 day settlement rule should be in effect...If shareholder of record is May 24... its too late to buy and be counted as a shareholder for the 3-1 issue.

btw the negative numbers loss per share if you take into account the warrants etc, they are actually going positive by 2nd - 3rd Qtr... read the filing.

Up over same period last year... this is going to be a keeper.
