I just spoke w/Burg...

I usually never share an entire conversation that I have w/Burg, but with the "smear campaign" in full gear...I have decided to share this w/you. Please don't take it out-of-context because it is WHAT it is. I've summarized these topics the best I could.

Remember: Factual information comes in a PR, so don't take this information as gospel! DO YOUR OWN DD if you still have questions about these topics.

Scott English:

Some asked a few days ago whether Scott was a paid consultant...or an actual employee of Xechem. To address that question, he's an employee of Xechem...working out of the New Jersey Office.

Inventory #'s:

I asked about the inventory supply only increasing by $13k this quarter. After listening to the explanantion....that's a great sign. He explained that they've managed to keep a running inventory...all the while they're selling product. This total fluctuates on a daily basis depending on the product being produced and sold. He said the number is where it should be.

Financialbridge:

It's legit....no questions asked! They worked w/Xechem to secure the necessary paperwork to get the EXIM funding, and actually helped close the deal.

Website/Pictures:

Arghh!!! Anyone look at www.giantnigeria.com. They host the Xechem Nigeria site and Xechem has heard every excuse in the book from them. They've claimed their servers have been down for some time, but refuse to fix it. I've been told that Xechem has had it with them, so we can expect a new host company to host the site, which will help us get those damn pictures...LOL!

IND Application:

They've been working on things, but it's VERY expensive AND time consuming...BUT it will be done. Unfortunately, no time line.

3rd Spray Dryer:

Dr. Pandey is in Nigeria as we speak to make sure it's installed correctly. It has been delivered and should be online in the near future. I asked if it was being installed as we speak. He said it was enroute to Aubja last he knew, but admitted that it might already be there.....he wasn't 100% certain.... :)))))RIGHT LOL!

What's next:

I subjected myself to asking, begging, prying, crying (LOL)and bribing him, but he wouldn't give in. I asked if there was any hidden secrets in store for us, or was it "sit and wait until factory completion." Burg said, "I don't know." He mentioned the next big event could be spooling up production, which would be very "exciting" for us. I asked if Dr. Pandey's numbers were out-of-reach. He said he wasn't sure, but said they're not falling behind on their planned schedule to do it....hmmmmm? However, it would be determined by market penetration.

Burg also explained that if the 3rd dryer comes on-line as expected...they could be looking at anywhere from 25-30 kilos of product per day. Now, during the end of our conversation...Burg mentioned that upon initial factory completion they could be looking at 300 kilos of product per day. I asked what that # would treat and he said HE WASN'T SURE, but estimated around 1 million. If that's the case...guess what 25-30 kilos a day could produce....I'll let you figure that out, but I know....LOL!

My Take:

Burg is a great guy despite what some have claimed. I have always been treated respectfully and with sincerity. He reminded me that many people have reasons for their attempts at promoting doubt about Xechem. Steve offers up as much information as he can without overstepping his boundaries. I think we'll be getting an update on Mr. English's role in the near future, and than as soon as they get some #'s together....an update on those too! Tonight...I am smiling ear to ear for Q2.

We should all be excited about the future!!!!
