My only major concern and it should be with all long termers is the litigation regarding the pit. It is the pit that has been the provider initially of revenues that has sparked the growth into other areas, Anything that would adversely affect the pit is of concern to me. The owners of the pit are well aware of the demand for aggregate from the pit and may use political presure to manipulate a verdict that would go against PBLS., That is my major worry and should be for the shareholders.

If the litgation is favorable, then I see this stock going to .10 within two weeks. I feel very strongly either way and I hope we come out of the ligation as winners. Any comments are appreciared.
