Depending on who you talk to, they may or may not give you the list. They aren't the only brokerage that does this; many have been doing it for years. Basically, they do it when they see what they perceive as "suspicious trading activity". They and others have been limiting trading in more stocks ever since hackers began taking over clients' accounts and using them to pump stinky Pinkies.
