That's consistent with what I heard...
I think the purchased output from Intel and STM factories get replaced by the 300mm factories when they are brought on-line. 200mm factories are at 65nm and moving to 45nm. Analyst were keen on the point that they need to get to 300mm to be cost competitive with spansion, while Brian Harrison insisted their 200mm capacity was very cost effective.
