A short note on dilution. Paul said that they sell the dilution to a broker and that the actual sells are out of their hands and are solely done at the discretion of the broker. They have discussions with the brokers about how they intend to sell shares but once the papers are signed and the stock is transferred to the agent, they do what they want. So the only thing SPZI can do to halt dilution is to find alternative financing solutions, which, I believe they are working on.
