B, this is the wrong forum for thinkers and reality. No deep pockets are swarming here for one main reason. Check the O/S !!!! This was a diluting start up company and deep pockets usually wait until the stock is transparent regarding AFs and certain filings have been put forth. They first need to shrink the O/S via R/S and start fresh with a respectable share structure. 2.8 bill is laughable imo.. THIS is a sub penny gamble right now plain and simple.
