Nashville Records, Inc. (Pink Sheets: NSHV) announces the company's current financial plan.
The Company engaged its Corporate Finance Consultant to commence interviews with potential SEC accredited certified public accountants for the purpose of preparing audits preliminary to the Company's filing Form 10-SB, for listing on the Bulletin Board, which is targeted for the end of calendar 2007 or first quarter 2008.
Gene Sibbett, the Company President signed a $1.0 million term sheet. Those monies have commenced. Mr. Sibbett is also negotiating an additional $1.3 million deal, which is expected to close within two weeks.
One of the projects, which will be announced in an upcoming PR, is a project that captures an almost instant market of thousands of buyers. Therefore, the closing of financing will launch the project generating additional revenue streams.
The Company has paid in full the distribution firm for the upcoming Christmas Compilation Album, which features 16 artists. The album is near completion and will be distributed in major markets over the next four Christmas seasons and possibly beyond. Placement will complete by July and will be available for sale in November of 2007.
Recently the Company secured ownership of a newly trademarked anti-piracy technology. This subsidiary of Nashville Records(TM) has been filed. Because of the sensitive nature of this technology the company will not discuss any level of depth. John Taylor, a company spokesman said, "others are attempting to solve piracy but they're missing three key components... Components we possess but we will keep our technology close to our vest, so don't expect us to discuss the technology." The Company paid in full to secure the technology.
